How it Works

  • Set up a workstation (VM) in your environment for the on demand technicians
  • Up to 5 recorded training / shadowing sessions
  • 2 weeks of reverse shadowing / mentoring
  • Select and forward tickets for processing

  • Per time entry in the ticket in 15min units
  • Flatrate per defined Task, e.g
    •  Antivirus Check
    • Backup Check
    • User On/Offboarding
    • Other manual and time consuming tasks
