Our training program lasts 3-6 months and offers you the chance to get to know many customer environments. How is the IT infrastructure maintained, monitored, backed up and further developed? What new tools are there on the market that simplify the job of administrators? How do customers tick, what do expect from their IT Professionals? These and many other questions are answered before you become a full member of our managed service team.

Your tasks:

  • Hardware and software support for all IT systems, servers and workstations via remote maintenance
  • Adjustments and maintenance of the existing systems ( virtualized server environment
  • Ensuring data backup, IT security, license management
  • Introduction of new software solutions
  • Cooperation and support in related areas
  •  Analyze and classify the IT malfunctions from the hardware and software area that are received in the user help desk
  • Documentation of reports and activities in a ticket system
  • Creation and maintenance of technical and administrative documentation

Desired skills:

Experience in remote support and technical customer support
1 – 2 years of experience in at least 3 specialist areas: Azure, Windows Server 2012-2019, VMWare, Hyper V, VEEAM Backup, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Windows 10, Solarwinds MSP, Active Directory, RDS
English language skills

Our requirements:

Very good spoken and written German
Talent for technology
High motivation and learning ability
Willingness to travel
Proof of knowledge of German ( Certificate, school or degree, life experience in Germany )
Knowledge of at least one area of expertise: Azure, Windows Server 2012-2019, VMWare, Hyper V, VEEAM Backup, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Windows 10, Solarwinds MSP, Active Directory, RDS
