Who we are?
We are a team of German speaking IT professionals who are utilizing the gifts of remote work – living in Serbia but fully integrated into our partner companies in Germany.
We are especially proud of the fact that all our employees speak German to a near native level and have established Careers in IT and Customer Service.
What we do?
Resolve IT is a young but fast-growing IT Service Provider located in the heart of Belgrade. Together with our Partners in Germany we manage the IT Environments of more than 500 Small and Mid Size Enterprises in the DACH Region.
Our technical focus is on Microsoft based Eco systems (Windows Client, Server, Azure Cloud, Office365) but we are also have experts for Linux/Unix and Networking.
Primarily, we work with Managed Service Providers and help them set up and staff a cost optimized IT Help Desk as part of their Customer Service. We offer dedicated, remote IT specialists that fully integrate into our partners organizations (Outsourcing) and tailor-made services (Outtasking) to fit our partners needs – such as Quicksupport
